Currently he is the Principal for Arkitek Daya Seni Sdn Bhd and has more than 25 years experience as a professional Architect and successfully completed high rise condominium, Hotel, Resort, Shopping Mall and housing projects through Malaysia over the last 20 years.
Member, the Chairman of Government Liason Committee, Chairman of Professional Practice Committee, Honorary Secretary and Vice President. He is also representative for PAM as committee for the CIDB Industry Master Plan, PSDC, SIRIM Standard –MS1525:2006 Code of Practice on Energy, Kementerian Tenaga Air Dan Komunikasi Committee on Energy Efficiency and Malaysia etc. He is currently the Deputy President of the PAM.
He is the author for the "Low Energy School Design. A Study of Factors Affecting Energy Use In New Zealand Primary Schools", Co-Author for "Energy Cost of Houses & Light Construction Buildings", "Energy Performance of Buildings". Ar Chan also has given talk on "Low Energy Building Components", "Designing Low Energy Buildings Using Energy 10" and also the "Energy Efficiency of Air Conditioning".
Ir. Chen Thiam Leong is a Past President of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM), the Institution of Fire Engineers Malaysia (IFEM) and the Malaysian Chapter of ASHRAE. He is also Advisor to the Malaysian Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Association (MACRA).
Chen is a practising Consulting Engineer and is the Managing Director of Primetech Engineers Sdn Bhd based in Kuala Lumpur. Notable projects include the New Securities Commission HQ which was Malaysia?s first winner of the ASEAN Energy Award (where he introduced the concept of totally ductless and uninsulated floor plenum for comfort air-conditioning exceeding 600 sq.m. per zone) and the Energy Commission HQ, winner of the ASEAN Energy Award 2012, EMERSON CUP 2012 and ASHRAE Technology Award 2013 (2nd Place).
Chen holds a 1st Class Hons Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Leeds and has been involved in Energy Efficiency designs since the early 80s. He regularly lectures in the international circuit on the subjects of Sustainability and Energy Efficiency under the ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer program and is Malaysia's first ASHRAE DL. Chen also specialises in Energy and Fire & Life Safety audits. He is involved in the development of numerous Malaysian Standards including MS1525 on EE and has authored/co-authored technical articles/papers which are regularly featured in technical publications.
In recognition of his contribution to the engineering fraternity, he was honoured with the ACEM Gold Medal Award in 2010.
Ar. Von Kok Leong is a senior practicing Architect and a Director at Arkitek MAA Sdn Bhd. His initial interest in sustainable design started in 1994 when he was the design and project architect for a housing development in Melbourne, where the site had to be de-contaminated after many decades of industrial usage, before it was allowed to be used for housing.
Ar Von is the Project Director for a high rise commercial development in Kuala Lumpur where it aims to achieve both LEED Gold and GBI Gold ratings. He graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1984, and has worked in architectural firms in New Zealand, Singapore, Australia and Malaysia.
Ar Von is a member of the Joint LAM-PAM Sustainability Committee that helped establish the Green Building Index (GBI). He is part of the team that drafted the GBI Non-Residential New Construction (NRNC), Non-Residential Existing Building (NREB), Residential New Construction (RNC) version 3 and the Office Interior Rating Tool. He has presented a number of lectures on green buildings, passive design strategies and on MS1525:2007, the Code of Practice on Energy Efficiency and Use of Renewable Energy for Non-Residential Buildings. He is a member of the Passive Design Working Group for the drafting of the revision for MS1525:2014.
Ar Von has also served as the Course Director, lecturer and examiner for the GBI Facilitator Courses.Ar Von is the first elected President of the Malaysia Green Building Confederation (MGBC).He is also a member of the World Green Building Council (WGBC) Asia Pacific Network Committee.
Ar Boon Che Wee (APAM, RIBA, AIPDM, APEC Architect, ASEAN Architect) was elected as the President of Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) in August 2009 and in this position, chairs Green Building Index (GBI) and Architect Centre, a PAM subsidiary that provides building advisory and inspection service to the public.
An avowed advocate of green and design as the combined key differentiator in national competitiveness, he has led the Institute on a series of strategic engagement with the Government to extend the reach of the Institute's industry-wide initiatives in these areas, and speaks often on these subjects in Malaysia and internationally.

Graduated from Bartlett School of Architecture and University of Sydney joined Foster & Partners in London for a three year stint before returning to Malaysia. Serina Hijjas have been active in the area of Energy Efficiency and Sustainable design since her formative years in architectural practice in London. Awardee of three Asean Energy Efficiency Awards: ? the 55 storey Telekom Malaysia Headquarters Building (2005); First Runner-Up Securities Commission HQ (2003) and First Runner-Up Putrajaya International Convention Centre (2007). Works extends to Ericsson Building, Putrajaya Lighting and Water masterplan, AIMST University in Malaysia, Shell Headquarters and Celcom Tower. One of the latest of projects includes the new Heriott Watt University campus at Putrajaya with an amazing green roof and total landscape footprint of 80%.
A founding member of the Green Building Index(GBI) and is part of the GBI Accreditation panel. Ar. Serina lectures on Rethinking Sustainability and is a working member on the formation of the Township Green Building Index tool and reference guides for Malaysia.
Ir Wong See Foong graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya in 1974 and has been involved in building services engineering over the past 38 years. He is a professional engineer registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and is presently a partner of MEP Engineering Sdn Bhd, a mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy practice.
Ir Wong is the immediate past President of the Association of Consulting Engineers, Malaysia (ACEM) and represents the association on issues related to building regulations, fire safety and professional practice. He is also a Past President of the Institution of Fire Engineers (U.K.) Malaysia Branch (IFEM), serving in IFEM's Council since 1997. Under the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia, he was the Chairman of the Fire Advisory Board and has been closely involved with the Fire and Rescue Department to resolve issues faced by the various professional institutions and associations.
Ir Wong is also the Chairman of the Technical Committee for Wet Fire Protection Systems in SIRIM for the drafting of Malaysian standards for active wet fire safety systems.
Ir. Ahmad Rashidi is a senior practicing Electrical Engineer and Director of SSP (E&M) Sdn Bhd, an Electrical & Mechanical Consulting Engineering Firm based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. He graduated from Colorado School of Mines, USA and has been a practicing engineer for more than 20 years.
Ir. Ahmad Rashidi has been involved in many large projects such as railway, ports, airports, industrial city, water & sewage treatment plants, high end landed residential development, office buildings, training centers and mosques.
Ir. Ahmad Rashidi is currently a Council Member of Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM) where he is serving as the Chairman of the ICT Committee. He is also actively serving in various technical committees and working groups in ACEM, SIRIM and LLM.

Ir. Chong is a Professional Engineer registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia and National Water Services Commission and Registered Electrical Energy Manager with Energy Commission.
Ir. Chong has been involved in design, contract administration, project management and consultancy for the past 15 years. He has vast experience in infrastructure and building works including green building and sustainable designs, housing development, mixed development, office and commercial buildings, water and wastewater, railways, highways and roads.
Ir. Chong is currently the Council Member of Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM) and active member in various technical committees and working groups in ACEM, IEM, SIRIM, BEM and CIDB.
AR LEE CHOR WAH is currently a principal lecturer at TARUC, one of the directors of Pentas Reka Sdn Bhd and an advisor to MCT. He was a former CEO of SN Low & Associates Sdn Bhd and is also a Past President of the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM). He was also a board member of the Board of Lembaga Akitek Malaysia (LAM) as well as Vice President of Fiabci Malaysia in 2008 - 2009.
Graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a B.Arch (Hons) degree, he had worked with Philip Cox, a renowned architectural practice in Sydney before returning to Malaysia. Upon his return in 1992, Ar Lee joined GDP Architect as a Senior Architect. Moving ahead, he joined TAK Design Consultants Sdn Bhd in 1995. As the Chief Designer, he was involved in the Putrajaya Masterplan, Malaysia. And in Sarawak he was involved in the Beverly Park City Hotel in Bintulu, Brighton Condominium in Miri, and the Hock Lee Centre in Kuching.
Aspiring to have his own practice and direction, Ar Lee opened his own practice in 1998 under the name of Lee Chor Wah Architect with projects ranging from restaurants and residential interiors, bungalows, housing and masterplanning.
In year 2003, he joined Woods Bagot Malaysia Sdn Bhd as the Country Manager/Project Director where he showcased his innovative design skills for the interiors of Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Other projects undertaken then were the Senai Desaru Toll Plazas and Rest and Recreation Buildings in Johor Bahru, and the Seri Residence in Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur.
Prior to his appointment as the CEO/Director in SN Low & Associates, he was the Senior Vice President/Chief Designer at Reng Design Group Sdn Bhd and Director/Chief Designer with TAK Design Consultants Sdn Bhd. At TAK he was in charged of various mega masterplanning and architecture projects in Pakistan and the UAE such as the GHQ Masterplan and Buildings in Islamabad and the 110-storey Burj Al Alam in Dubai.
As a senior member in the construction industry and an accomplished architect, Ar Lee with his extensive design experience is now more focussed on coaching younger architects and students in design conceptualization, design development and coordination works.
Sr Kwan Hock Hai is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and is currently the Chair of RICS Malaysia Board. He sits in the Board of Quantity Surveyor Malaysia where he chairs the Acts and Rules Committee. He has held many executive positions in Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia over the years and is now representing RISM as Vice Chairman of the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS).
Sr Kwan is a Director of the QS practice of Perunding PCT Sdn Bhd was involved in projects all over Malaysia, China and ASEAN countries.
